Shipping Policy



Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. As we keep limited quantities of most products in our warehouse, it is possible that products reflecting as available for Immediate Delivery on an Estimate or Invoice may become back-ordered as the other orders are filled and confirmed. When this happens, we will update your order with a new Estimated Shipping Date. Only once the change is confirmed and accepted by the customer, in writing and secured with a non-refundable 50% deposit- will we issue an Order Confirmation.

We will advise you on availability.

We are always happy to split ship orders.


Being mindful of the environment, we here at Snob use recycled boxes where ever possible. Sometimes we might not look pretty on the outside but we always look pretty on the inside.

If you would like special packaging, then please leave us a message with your order.


We ship small packages via FedEx Ground, DHL Overnight and UPS Ground from our Buffalo, NY warehouse for US orders, and Toronto warehouse for Canadian and all other orders from the rest of the world.

Some items are noted as free, some items are noted as additional cost. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice at the time we confirm the order. 

    • Additional charges that result from a change beyond our control will be passed along to the customer. For example: incorrect shipping address given.
    • All shipments are sent fully insured and require a signature for release where possible.
    • Transit time for Immediate Delivery products is typically 3-5 days depending on geographic Ship To address.
    • Expedited shipping and handling is available for a surcharge. 
  • We ship large items via UPS Freight or other common carriers

    • Estimated shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice at the time we confirm the order.
    • Additional charges that result from a change beyond our control will be passed along to the customer.
    • All shipments are sent fully insured and require a signature for release when possible. 

    All shipping costs must be paid in full before release of the item to the shipping company.


    How Much Does It Cost?
    We are pleased to offer competitive shipping rates, white glove delivery (extra) within the USA and Canada. Shipping costs outside the USA and Canada are calculated independently.

      What is white glove delivery?
      White-glove delivery includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery of the boxed item, placement in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging materials at an additional fee.

      Deliveries are made within a four hour window of your choice. Telephone contact is required for this service.Weekend delivery may be available depending on your location. Please contact us should you foresee any delivery challenges at your home, such as multiple flights of stairs or narrow doors or turns that the piece will not be accommodated.

        What is standard delivery?
        UPS 5 day ground or less or for smaller items and on pallets for larger items. Signatures will be required and the packages are not brought into the home. Pallet deliveries for residential or businesses that require a liftgate must be advised to us in advance. We do not ship to P.O. box numbers as we request for signed deliveries only. Lead times will vary on certain items but you will be advised in writing of the lead times. 



        Can I expedite my order?
        Yes! This is only possible on certain in stock items but it will translate into higher shipping costs. Please note: all orders placed during weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day, so keep this in mind as you factor in delivery timing. Orders placed after 1 PM ET on business days will begin processing on the following business day.

        Can I check the status of my order online?
        Upon purchase, you will receive an email from Snob confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive another e-mail notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped. This email will also contain info regarding your shipment as to how to open your box and how to sign for it.

          Shipping and Processing Fees
          Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you. Please note that all import duties, vat fees, etc, vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees will be billed to you the client prior to shipping and you will be advised of the costs prior to shipping out the goods.



          Drop Shipping
          We offer drop ship service for your clients for a small fee. Please contact us for more information.


          We ship items that conform to the samples we display at wholesale trade shows and on our website however small irregularities in shape, surfaces and finishes are hallmarks of hand-craftsmanship and should not be considered defects. Items may vary in colour from catalog / website photographs. Specification of individual items are subject to change and may differ slightly from those shown or indicated.
