These gorgeous Birds Nest baskets are handwoven in rural Madagascar from the dried root of the vetiver grass. After the aromatic oils of the roots are extracted for essential oils and perfumes, expert craftsmen hand weave the roots using traditional methods.
What is so amazing about these nests is that they smell gorgeous as you walk by, if he wonderfully earthy vetiver perfume smell. Spritz them with water when the smell starts to fade, to maintain the fragrance.
