Abalone Shell

Abalone Shell

The Abalone Shell, also known as the Haliotis Midea, is a species of large snail that lives in the ocean. The name comes from the Dutch “Paarlemoer”, meaning “Mother of Pearl”, aptly named for it’s pearlescent outer shell. On this minimalist, modern stand this shell looks beautiful as a stand alone piece or layered on a bookshelf.

Dimensions: Approximately 12″ inches high, mounted on a stand. Price is for one shell on a stand.
